Bioware Happy With The Old Republic Early On

 

Bioware says it is extremely happy with the enthusiastic reception of Star Wars: The Old Republic by fans. The game, which went live a few weeks ago, has already seen millions of players join the MMO, which was in development for almost four years. "We are extremely happy with where The Old Republic stands at launch and we can't wait to grow the game with our community to make it even better in the future," one of Bioware's founders said after the game's launch. Early reviews of the game have been somewhat mixed, with some players praising the game for being innovative, while others see it as a mere rehashing of World Of Warcraft's formula.
