Dead Island has shipped more than 3 million units since its release, it has been revealed. The horror game has, despite mixed reviews, performed extremely well. "Dead Island has sold very, very well over the holiday season and we are thrilled that it has sustained a robust level of sell-through since launch in September," the studio said of the situation. Rumours are going around that a sequel is already in development.
