Microsoft has revealed that there will be a ton of releases for its Kinect device over the coming months. Kinect, which became the fastest-selling gadget in history recently, has been flourishing commercially despite a relative lack of software. All of that will change in the near future, according to the publisher.
Though they didn’t reveal which new games were being developed, Microsoft indicated that the current number of available titles would triple by Christmas. Most of these will likely be geared towards casual gamers – who are the main target market for the device – but there have been growing indications that Kinect has caught the eye of more serious, “hardcore” developers.
