All cheats must be entered during the game via the phone, then they are no longer key combinations as in previous GTA. To type numbers, you must first log on to the phone. Once on the phone's main menu, push the corresponding button to access the numeric keypad: to move the buttons on the phone, use the arrow and select the desired number using the key. To dial, select the icon in the upper left blue handset keypad.
