South Korea has long been known as a hotbed for, shall we say, “over-enthusiastic” gamers. The government, well aware of countless hours spent by both young and old on online games, has finally decided to step in.

Already websites are offering tips on how to circumvent such a restriction, with suggestions ranging from underground internet cafés to forged internet IDs.
