This is getting silly now. Hacking group Lulzsec, which has taken utter delight in bringing down just about every website it could find over the past few weeks, has now found itself as the victim of a cyber attack.
This is getting silly now. Hacking group Lulzsec, which has taken utter delight in bringing down just about every website it could find over the past few weeks, has now found itself as the victim of a cyber attack.
A rival group hacked its website, bringing it down without too much trouble, if reports are to be believed.
"I'd like to let the public know that phase one of OPERATION SUPERNOVA has been successful," one of the responsible hacker said on twitter. "Lulzsecurity.com is Tango down at this time."
Lulzsec had originally played mostly pranks on people, but recently their tactics turned nasty. The group has brought down several web sites and stolen thousands of peoples' personal information.
