No PlayStation 5, Xbox 1080, Says Swedish Dev

Swedish developer Paradox has said that it doubts whether the console market as we know it will exist after the next round of HD devices are released. "The next generation of console hardware will probably be the last," the studio's CEO said. "I'd be surprised if we see another generation after that." His comments echo industry sentiments that traditional consoles are becoming increasingly marginalised by smart phones and tablets. Analysts expect the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720 to be announced sometime this year.
