Professor Layton For Wii U?

Professor Layton might be heading to the Wii U, it has emerged.

Professor Layton might be heading to the Wii U, it has emerged. Level-5, the studio behind the popular puzzler, has apparently said it is considering porting previous versions of Professor Layton to the Wii U.

The studio said that the Wii U's new controller will work well with the game, and that it is very interested in the console, which is due out in 2012.

It isn't clear whether such ports will be available in the West, however, since some Professor Layton games have not been released here.

Here's hoping that the port happens, and that we all get a chance to play it.
