According to various internet reports, the PSN will undergo a radical redesign in the near future. The overhaul will focus mostly on the aesthetic side of the servce - menus, for example, will be less cluttered - though some new features are also planned.
A new search feature is planned, and the movie section will apparently get a major makeover, turning it into a database resembling IMDB.
There is currently no date for the rollout of revamp, but Sony is already testing various aspects of the update.
