S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 Still In Development

 

Despite reports that it had been canned, S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 is apparently alive and well. The studio developing the game was facing closure at the end of last year, but someone seems to have to come to their rescue. "The Stalker team is extremely happy! Why? Because we are continuing work on Stalker 2 after the holidays," a post on the game's Facebook page reads. The game has been in development for a while, but like its predecessor has faced delays and other production difficulties. No release date has been given, but expect it around 2013 (if, indeed, it does get finished).
